Located on West Bay Beach in the neighborhood of Emerald Beach, this 1 bedroom vacation rental apartment is a 4 minute walk down a private road to West Bay Beach. There is a West Bay Beach access. The newly built apartment has high end furnishings and custom made hard wood furniture. It has everything you will need for a few days or a few months.

There is also a two bedroom apartment and a one bedroom “tree house” room available for larger groups.

The spacious apartment is the 1st floor of a 3 story building. The spacious floor plan has a full kitchen, breakfast bar, and living area. The luxurious bathroom is huge and has high end fixtures shipped down from the US. The living room has a flat screen TV, dining table, and sofa. There is also a table and chairs outside on the wrap around balcony. There is AC throughout.

The bedroom has a king bed and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony.

Rates

• Winter (December 2 – April 16) from  $750 / week
• Spring (April 16 – June 17) from $500
• Summer (June 18 – August 31)  from $700 / week
• Fall (September 1 – December 1) from $500 / week
• Holiday Rates from $1000 / week plus electricity
• Please contact us for discounts for stays longer than 10 days and long term rental
• Rates do not include 19% Honduran Room Tax
• Rates do not include cleaning fee
• $500 Refundable Security Deposit required at check-in
• A $10 per person conservation fee will be added to the rate
