What are the Roatan entry requirements for tourists during COVID-19? After almost five months of being closed to tourists, Roatan is finally opening to international flights. Roatan Entry Requirements for Tourists During COVID-19 valid as of August 12th, 2020 from Honduran government:

All international travel is subject to increased screening measures.   All passengers entering or leaving the country will be required to follow strict bio-security measures and respect the new mandatory Honduran immigration requirements:

a)
Register and pre-check your travel via the following website: https://prechequeo.inm.gob.hn/

b)
All passengers must be fully vaccinated with a WHO approved vaccine given at least 14 days prior to arrival or present a negative result of the polymerase chain reaction test PCR or a rapid test (with a minimum specificity of 85%, sensitivity 98% for covid-19) administered within a period no longer than seventy-two hours prior to the arrival or departure*.

c) All travelers are required to wear face covering, maintain social distancing, and use sanitizing gel as instructed.
